I cannot get into my account. I want to return a keyboard that doesn't work. The order number is Order ****-*******-******* I forgot my password and when I tried to reset it you asked for bank detail confirmation. I no longer have that card as my bank account was hacked. Pleease advise. I have to return the keyboard and would like y mone back. Please advise asap as ths is taking too long. I need to get back into my account. Thanks Josephine Gross
