The issue in GetHuman-skaldtor's own words
On February *rd I placed an order for a Sunbeam Heated Blanket * ** Heat Settings, Quilted Fleece, Mushroom, Full . According to the written description and the photos on the listing this was a single zone heat single controller blanket. Which is exactly what I needed. But when the package arrived it was a dual zone dual controller instead. I contacted customer service and arranged to return it. The representative was very helpful but the end result was less than satisfactory. The end result was that he was unable to tell if the listing was wrong and it was in fact a dual zone and controller product, or if the person in the warehouse simply grabbed the wrong item. So my only option was to order a different blanket from a different seller. The first issue was that it was significantly more expensive. Second and even more importantly it was not immediately available in stock and would take more than a week to ship and arrive. I am disabled with two chronic pain conditions, psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. Both of which are aggravated by the severe cold weather we have been experiencing. Finally to make up the difference in price I was forced to use all the credit I had built up in my gift card credit account which I had been saving to eventually upgrade my Kindle Paperwhite to the newest model. So the end result to all of this is that I had to pay significantly more for the item, wait a very long time for it to arrive, and will end up waiting even longer to be able to upgrade my ereader. This has been a very stressful and disappointing incident.

GetHuman-skaldtor did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
