Last month I was billed the renewal for my Prime Membership using my bank debit card despite the fact that that wasn't the default card assigned for the purpose. The representative stated the resolution would be to cancel the existing account and I should sign up again with the preferred card. The funds were returned to my bank account and I did again indicate the default card. This month I have a charge on my Discover card which AGAIN is the incorrect card but additionally am showing the correct card was charged via my prime account when I view the receipt associated with the new membership. This is the *nd incidence of a card being used without authorization and it's getting old. Please help.
