Order placed*January **, *****Order * ***-*******-********* Order Details Invoice **Delivered today*Your package was handed off directly.*Track package*Holy Bible: KJV Large Print Thumb Index Edition: Brown (King James Bible)*Christian Art Publishers*Sold by: Amazon.com Services, Inc**I ordered and paid for the above item *x. The first order was lost in the UPS program. Amazon allowed me to order the same item again which I did. It was to be here, today, Jan. **. According to the tracking of Amazon, the package was delivered. I did NOT get it. They had the correct address. Supposedly it arrived at **:** or so. I was home at that time, and no one was here to deliver a package to me. I do not want to be out my money or this bible. I am very disappointed and a bit angry. Please solve this for me. Thank you. They could refund my money, get a different company to ship the product, find the order product and get it delivered
I have been a good customer. Invoice is paid right away

How GetHuman1993211 fixed the problem
I wrote to GetHuman about my m. A couple hours later, they said they had fixed the problem. I found my order today in my mailbox. I do not understand why it was put in my locked mailbox rather than delivering it to my door. I had expected the package to be delivered by UPS at my door, not my locked mailbox.
