Dear Amazon*I am amazed at how difficult it is to deal with Amazon regarding my problem with Order ****-*******-********.*I have spent many hours trying to resolve a problem and thus far there has been no satisfaction.*If you check the records with regard to this order, you will find numerous emails and phone calls.*I ordered the product on December *, ****.*When I determined that it wouldn't be delivered in time for Christmas, I initiated a cancellation on December **.*My second attempt to cancel was on December **. And a third attempt was made on December **.*On December **, Amazon attempted to contact the seller giving them the required * days to reply to me.*I called on * occasions and spend much time describing the problem to Amazon Customer Service. These * contacts resulted in no apparent action.*On December ** Amazon again attempted to contact the seller regarding my request to cancel. *The seller made no attempt to contact me.*I had long since purchased the item elsewhere and no longer needed the item.*On December ** I had a lengthy conversation with customer service and the representative indicated that she would take the required action. I never heard back from her or the seller or anyone else from Amazon.*Today I received an email from Amazon indicating that the order would be cancelled if there was no confirmation of shipment by January **.*I was stunned. *I have made many attempts to cancel using the procedures presented to me by Amazon. I have spent many hours attempting to resolve the situation. I no longer want the item. If it is delivered to me ever, I resent the fact that I will have to go to the effort of returning it. I certainly don't expect to have to pay return shipping. I find this experience with amazon to have tested my patience. I have been an amazon customer for many years and amazon prime for the last several.
