I have an account with you with mobile no **********. I had purchased iPhone X ** gb on **-**-****. During that time SBI card offer was going on. According to that offer, if cart value is above ** thousand then ** % discount will be offered and max discount will be **** rs. **** rs will be offered Instant bank discount and remaining amount will be offered as cashback in credit card statement before **-**-****. As my cart value was ***** rs, I had received **** rs as Instant Bank discount so remaining **** should have bean credited in my SBI card account. But till **-**-**** I have not received any cashback in my SBI credit account. When I talked to SBI Credit card department, I have bean asked to contact to Amazon Customer care.
