I cancelled my Kindle unlimited membership and received a confirmation from Amazon on September **, ****. Nonetheless, my Amazon Prime Chase Credit card ending in **** continued to be billed $*.** monthly Oct, Nov, Dec ****. I contacted Amazon Dec ** because I was still seeing charges. I asked for a refund and for it to STOP and I was told it would be handled. So here it is, January **th, and my credit card has been charged yet again for $*.**. Still no refund. Now the wierd thing is when I've looked at my Kindle unlimited account on line it has continued to say "YOU DO NOT HAVE KINDLE UNLIMITED." So I've been paying since October **** for a service I do not have access to. I would appreciate resolution of this. Many thanks.
