I placed an order on January 4th with an expected delivery of Sunday, the 6th. However, the delivery date was changed to Monday the 7th, then to the 8th-9th. Today, the expected delivery is now set for Friday. I am a Prime member and experiencing these delays makes me question the value of my subscription. It is disappointing that the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. My 3-year-old was very upset because her birthday gift did not arrive on time for Monday. Considering the significant revenue of $[redacted].87 billion generated by the company, I expected more efficient shipping services. Perhaps it's time for the company to consider establishing its own shipping services.

This is the third time you have mistakenly set up a second account without our consent. I contacted support two days ago because Prime was not working on our second TV. The representative fixed Prime on the second TV, but we received a notification yesterday welcoming us to a second account, which we did not request. We have already paid for an annual Prime account that should work on both TVs. We do not want or intend to pay for a second account. Kindly close the unauthorized second account and refund our card. Ensure that our one account is correctly set up on both our TVs. The account is under the name of Kenneth George. Thank you.

I purchased the Nest Thermostat (order # [redacted]-[redacted]) and booked the Amazon Pro Installer to set it up. However, upon opening the package for installation, it was the incorrect item. I have since reordered the correct item (order #[redacted]-[redacted]) and scheduled a new installation for this Monday. The installer now requires an additional $50 for the return trip due to the initial mistake. The seller and installer won't refund me since it was a Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) product, stating that Amazon should handle the reimbursement for the inconvenience. I am having trouble logging into my Amazon Flex account. The app is requesting identity verification by sending a 4-digit code to my old number, ([redacted]), which is causing login issues. The app is instructing me to contact Customer Service about this problem. My current number is ([redacted]), which I have been using for my Flex account before. I purchased the "CNluca for ASUS ROG Strix GeForce GTX [redacted] Ti 8GB GDDR5 Advanced Edition VR Ready DP HDMI DVI Gaming Graphics Card" from CNcuca. The link in my order confirmation directs me to the "CNluca for ASUS ROG Strix GeForce GTX [redacted] Ti 4GB GDDR5 Advanced Edition VR Ready DP HDMI DVI Gaming Graphics Card." These are different cards, and I haven't received my order yet to verify if the wrong one was sent. I need guidance on the next steps to take if they do send the incorrect card. Regarding Order# [redacted]-[redacted], the expected delivery on Friday, December 14, did not occur as stated. Following a conversation with Amazon, a new delivery date was noted for Monday, December 17, which was not fulfilled either. After reaching out to customer service and being advised to file an a-to-z claim if no resolution was reached in 2 days, I attempted to do so after a week of no update. However, I am unable to locate the "Problem with order" button as instructed in the guidelines under my orders. When viewing the order, the options displayed are "Track Package," "Return Item," "Share Gift Receipt," "Write a product review," and" Archive order." Your assistance in resolving this matter would be much appreciated.

I want to purchase a pack of 3 rolls of Scotch tape that fits into the dispenser. In the past, I easily bought this by clicking "buy now with one click." However, this option is no longer available, and it now prompts me to "subscribe now," which I assume leads to a Prime membership. I'm not interested in this as it seems pricey. The other choice is "add to list," but all I need is to buy a pack of 3 Scotch tape rolls without monthly subscriptions. I accidentally found a different type of tape that allows one-click purchase, but that's not what I need. I'm struggling with the new payment setup and have missed out on buying several items because of the complicated process. I tried calling Amazon, but it seems impossible now with a recorded message mentioning Amazon is not accepting calls, which felt frustrating.

However, since Aruba is not listed as a registered country for Amazon sellers, we have some concerns. We are wondering if living in Aruba would prevent us from selling on Amazon.com even with our US business setup. Additionally, given that the Netherlands is listed as an approved country for Amazon sellers, we are curious if Aruba is considered part of the Netherlands due to its status as a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. In October [redacted], I spoke with an Amazon Customer Support representative regarding a duplicate Amazon account that I had. The representative couldn't provide the solution I needed, so they referred me to TYDAN TECH, an LLC tech support company contracted by Amazon. Feeling confident in the referral, I contacted them and paid $[redacted] for lifetime technical support for my digital devices. However, recent interactions with TYDAN TECH have raised doubts about their legitimacy. I declined remote access when they claimed my PC was under attack. After some research, I believe I fell for a fraudulent service. TYDAN TECH still uses outdated contact information and claims Amazon endorses them. Be cautious if referred to them and verify their legitimacy before engaging.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to report a concerning incident that happened last night while my wife and I were out celebrating her birthday at The Chop House in Ann Arbor. Our Ring doorbell camera captured a stranger approaching our unlit front door, taking a photo, and quickly leaving without knocking. We immediately contacted the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Department, who are investigating the matter. A deputy came to our home and viewed the video, assuring us they are searching for the individual. Despite the deputy mentioning a nearby Amazon package, we are still unsettled. My family is anxious, especially my kids who are now reluctant to sleep alone. I have a picture of the Amazon delivery, which was a birthday gift for my wife. A conversation with customer service on December 20 yielded no results, and now I am informed that the order will only be canceled if there is no shipment confirmation by January 20. I have already procured the item elsewhere, and I am disheartened by the lack of action taken despite my persistent efforts. The thought of receiving the item and having to go through the return process is frustrating, especially considering the time and energy already invested in attempting to cancel the order.
