Order ****-*******-*********I received the above order for my Fitbit Versa on the **th December ****. On the *th January ****, my device stopped working completely. I charged it but it doesn't go on or even indicate that it's charging - it is completely dead & doesn't respond at all. I tried resetting it by holding down the left button, along with the bottom right button but that didn't work either.**I contacted Fitbit South Africa & they said that I must contact Amazon directly. So now I need to find out how do I get my device replaced? If I need to post it back to Amazon, what address do I use & also, who is liable for the cost of sending it back? **Your urgent response will be appreciated.
