A few minutes ago I wrote about a broken snow globe that I received and that I was told to discard it since it was broken. Now I have received a memo saying that it if isn't returned by ******* I would be charged for it. I don't think I should be charged since I was told to discard it and I can't return it because I no longer have it. *Now they answer I just got was that I didn't say what I want you to do. What I want is to clear this up and not be charged since I did what your rep told me to do. I can't be any clearer than that.*t
