A couple weeks before Christmas I ordered * snow globes. When they arrived, * were fine but * was broken. I called and was told a new one would be shipped out. When I asked about the broken one I was told to discard it since it was broken I shouldn't send it back. I discarded it. Now I received a memo saying if I don't return it by ******* I would be charged for it. I can't return what I no longer have and since I was told to discard it I don't think I should be charged for it. Can you help me.
