Amazon seem to think that I signed up for Amazon Prime on *th January ****. If I did do this, it was by mistake. I've always been satisfied with the ordinary delivery speed and am not interested in anything else offered by Amazon Prime membership. They took £*.** from my Visa debit card as the first month's fee for something I had not ordered.*I have been a trusting customer of Amazon for well over ** years and have always found that they treat their customers fairly. I would like them to reimburse the fee they have taken and cancel the order *DO*-*******-******* as I never knowingly placed it on *th January or on any other day. Amazon, I think that you are letting your high standards slip.
