I have called, I have messaged both Amazon and Zen Direct. its now been a month and I'm getting very upset. * bunk bed futons got ordered? and I was charged. Only * bunk bed was delivered. I never received *.*The "seller" contacted the carrier before it was ever delivered!!*IN YOUR message to me, states I received it! I did not!!since*The bunk bed I did receive, was a damaged box retapped and partially opened and damaged with dents and scratches.*This was a Christmas gift for me Twins! after going back and forth w you and seller w messages that went and have gone nowhere...I'm wondering why I've never been reimburse for the bed that never was delieverd to me? having no tracking * because I DIDNT RETURN IT the" seller did" I finally got a hold of PILOT and they told me its just sitting in the warehouse???? WHAT? since DEC **th ???what the heck?*I ASO took and have many pictures of the box that did come off the truck because I almost didn't except it the way it looked* then putting it together looked like its been used scratched dented picture's to prove! and will submit to anyone and everyone... I asked to be compensated for the poor condition of the * I did receiveseeing now on amazon I can purchase for $***.... I paid $*** for a piece of $h*t!!I was told it came from Walmart.*I asked the seller instead of me packing it back up and sending it back to just make it right and only charge me $*** *since that's what its going for.*I have been charged $***.** on Nov**th**** for *crappy bunkbed and another I never received. this has been such a nightmare and I want to talk to someone with Authority..****-************** never received ***************** damaged!!
