Hello.*This is not a complaint to you, but about the company you are dealing with in Norway. Namely PostNord.*First of all, I think it is not right when they charge me money to deliver goods to my mailbox or my closest pickup place, when I have already paid for postage and packing when I ordered my merchandise with Amazon. PostNord’s pickup place is located in an industrial area which is impossible to get to unless you have a car. Which I don’t. So I don’t have a choice other then to change my pickup place and pay that extra money, which I had not counted on.*Second of all, the link they sent me to use to relocate the pickup place did not work. So I called them and they sent me a new link. It also did not work. I called them again and they said they would contact me on my email. It did not happen. After a few days I emailed them. I got no answer. In the end I did not get my merchandise. These were meant as christmaspresent. Christmas is over, and so I don’t need them anymore. And I guess the goods are on their way back to you. Which means that you have lost this buy, and you have to give me my money back. I expect that any extra cost for this will be charged to PostNord and not me.*I have checked forums on internett and facebook and there seems to be a lot of people who have the same experience as me regarding this company. Many people are boikotting any companies that are dealing with PostNord. Which I also will do.
