The issue in GetHuman-veerman's own words
I purchased a digital order of gamestop giftcards. They locked my account and asked for me to send them a fax from my bank with my billing address and other details. However the address on my amazon matches the billing address on my bank account perfectly and i have used the same card to make multiple purchases prior to this purchases, I even made a digital purchase of google play gift card, and another card for gamestop email delivery. These were less than ** days ago, so why are they asking for these details again right now?*I even received an email from amazon that amazon called me and left a voicemail with a transaction number to authorize my order, there was NO voicemail or even a missed call from amazon, yet I called and informed them that this order is authorized and I provided details of the order to the automated system voicemail. All these efforts were useless as eventually my account got locked now and they are asking for the fax with the details that they already have and authorized less than ** days ago. *I would like Amazon to provide a better service to its clients especially clients making constant purchases on Amazon, I expect a swift delivery on promised digital items that should be sent in * minutes. I expect a less annoying policies that include getting your account locked after every digital order and having to wait around ** hours to get that account and order processed and get an apology.
