I would like to escalate my complaint for an order placed on Dec. **, **** for Xmas, and when I called today, i was told for the first time that the item is unavailable (it was when I ordered it on Dec. **) as even my payment does not show on my discover card.*I talked to * representatives thus far, and after my asking for a higher supervisor than the one I spoke to, I have been put on hold for the last ** mns with no feedback or sound from amazon.*I find this very unprofessional:*** No one informed me that my order was mysteriously and suddenly unavailable (it was when I ordered it on Dec. **) which messes up my Xmas present thus plans.*** The reason given for Amazon not informing me was my so-called unavailable email, which is purely a lie as it is even my username to log into Amazon,. In addition I always received emails from amazon, specially after my ordering. It is not the *st time i order from amazon.com since I am a repeat customer since ****...*** No satisfactory resolution has been provided as I am now stuck (stores are closed (even WalMart) as it is *:** p.m. here in TX...Toyal mess up and unprofessionalism...
