I was shocked last week to suddenly without warning have Amazon terminate and close my account. According to my bank records, I spent $*,*** in the last * months and had a credit for $**.** from September. I received an email Dec ** saying "As we informed you earlier, we have closed this account. This is because you have consistently asked us to issue refunds for a large number of your orders. While we expect the occasional problem with an order, we cannot continue to issue refunds to you at this rate". I asked them to reconsider but they said no. I had some credits in September related to parts for a new computer I built for myself. I can show every item was either an exchange or return for valid and reasonable reason, and I spent any credit money on Amazon. They weren't interested in talking to me or explaining their action. "As we informed you earlier" .. they never informed me of anything until dec **. My brother told me just use walmart or newegg which I will, but this really bothered me. I have records on all my transactions with amazon. thanks

No, sorry to bother your robots. I tried to sign up for an account with your site but the first thing I got was request to add browser extension. I would like my amazon account re-instated but I already asked and the person who contacted me said no. I think the statistics support my position* I spend a lot of money on amazon and haven't asked for a credit in months. I am not interested in begging some customer service person to help me.
