see above ... Amazon customer service, * *As you will see from the following copies of emails I have been diligently trying to get refunds on two identical orders which I placed with Tdpep. So far I have been charged about $** for the two orders received that were not what I ordered. The first wrong order I mailed back with Tdpep’s label. As of last night the charges are still on my credit card and the return made Dec. * has not been credited back.**After the first order, I assumed a simple mistake and just reordered the product, but was again sent the wrong items. I made a snarky review (which was unwise) but I know Amazon pulled it. But since then Tdpep has not responded positively to my several inquiries about returning the merchandise that is wrong. Last night I was told on the website that I had already been credited for the merchandise on the Dec * order. **So Tdpep owes me $*** for their * mistaken orders. And when I get a return label, I owe them the return of one package. *I don’t know what to do. Shall I just challenge the two charges with the Credit card company? *Surely Amazon has a way of making the companies do right by their customers.*Tdpep surely doesn’t seem prepared to satisfy customer complaints.**Please let me know what I can do to resolve this I feel that it has gone on too long. Now I have been trying for weeks to get a return label for the second wrong order. Tonight the website says I have already received the credit.
