I ordered a pond net and they sent it to my post office. I did not know that it arrived and my post office sent it back after two weeks. They refunded my money and I re-ordered it but it never arrived as I checked with post office frequently and I wasn’t notified or refunded. I am very frustrated because this is my first time to order to my house and I don’t know how to resolve it by computer. I archived order. I don’t know how to bring it back up. I don’t know how to find out where it went. Please help or explain how I can just get the pond net to my address. I want the pond net even though my pond is filled with leaves. I don’t feel comfortable ordering ever again from amazon because it is difficult to to resolve this issue. It is easier for me to talk to humans
