Recently, someone changed the email address on my Amazon account without my authorization. Customer support in India has been unhelpful, stating they cannot find my account due to the email change. Despite contacting them twice and emailing, I have not made progress. I have been an Amazon customer for a long time, with a Prime membership for about two years. It is frustrating to be told I do not exist just because of an email address change. I would like to speak with someone who can resolve this issue promptly. My account has a long order history and rewards credits, and it is illogical that my existence is solely tied to an email address.

On December 14th, my Amazon account was compromised. Unfortunately, my old email address that I've used for a decade was replaced with a suspicious Russian email address: [redacted] Concerned, I refrained from clicking on any links. After contacting Amazon promptly at 8:30 on Monday morning, I was advised to cancel multiple credit cards linked to the account. Despite being a loyal customer who spends a considerable amount annually, I'm deeply distressed by the lack of response from Amazon. Although I was assured of a callback or email within 24 to 48 hours, it has now been 52 hours without any contact. Repeated attempts to reach customer service have proven fruitless. I implore Amazon to address this issue promptly before I consider escalating this matter further. My primary email, [redacted], has been receiving correspondence from various contacts, including work-related emails.

My Amazon Prime account was accessed by someone who changed my email address. Customer service has been unhelpful, claiming they don't have my email on file. I accidentally ordered three WomenSense VeinSense products from Natural Factors through NetRush. I tried to cancel the order within 30 minutes, but received an email later saying the cancellation was unsuccessful. I attempted to print a return label from my orders page, but it stated no returns and to check the seller's policy. The listing did not mention "no returns," and it was fulfilled by Amazon with Amazon Prime, making it seem like a standard returnable purchase. I am disappointed to be out $60 plus tax. I kindly request a refund and a return label. I strongly recommend that Amazon mandate sellers who do not accept returns to clearly indicate this in their listings, preferably next to the price for customer awareness before purchase.

This is the second time I am experiencing this issue. When I browse the Prime Video section, I am getting charged for content I did not watch or intend to buy. The Starz, HBO, and Cinemax subscriptions were all signed up without my consent. I noticed the charges on my bill, canceled all subscriptions last month, but the issue persists. I received an email about an order for "Flight of the Navigator" that I did not make, yet I am being charged for it. I plan on changing my password again to address this ongoing problem. I seek a full refund for these unauthorized subscriptions and request to cancel all of them. I only want the basic Prime privileges and do not wish to pay for services I did not intentionally sign up for. It appears I get charged just by reading reviews, which is unacceptable. I need assistance in resolving this issue and obtaining refunds for these unwanted subscriptions.

Amazon suspended my account, suspecting a connection to another account that was previously closed. I confirm that I only have this single account. My account was compromised, as evidenced by an unauthorized attempt to use Mastercard ending in 45 without my consent. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, with an unused gift card balance of $[redacted].00. I implore Amazon to reconsider and grant me a final opportunity to demonstrate my value as a customer. I kindly request that Amazon assist me in utilizing my $[redacted].00 gift card balance for new purchases on their platform. Please reinstate my account access.

I purchased a laptop (Order #: [redacted]-[redacted]) and a protection plan (Order #: [redacted]-[redacted]) on November 29th. Unfortunately, the laptop I bought has a problem with overheating. I requested a return and refund from Amazon and sent the laptop back to the seller at the beginning of December. It's been over two weeks since I returned the laptop, but I still haven't received a refund from Amazon. The protection plan is also pending, and I haven't received any updates on the return status. Despite the seller confirming the receipt of the laptop, I have not received any communication or money back. I paid for the return shipping, which was not my fault. I tried to resolve the issue through Amazon's website and contacted customer service multiple times via online chat, but the problem remains unresolved. Amazon's customer service, despite being a large global company, has been disappointing in handling my refund request. It's frustrating that they deduct money quickly when I make a purchase, but delays occur when it comes to refunds. I believe Amazon should face penalties for late refunds.

Hello Amazon team, I recently received my order of the Swerve Sweetener Baker's Bundle which unfortunately arrived with damaged packaging due to a clear knife cut, causing the product to spill inside the box. I need assistance with my Amazon Prime account. My user id is [redacted] There seems to have been a mix-up with my Sheba cat food subscription order. Instead of shipping it to my address in Utah at [redacted] South [redacted] East, Bountiful Utah [redacted], it was sent to North Carolina, where my business associate's office is located. I believe I accidentally changed the shipping address without realizing it. I have been a loyal prime customer for many years and would appreciate it if the product could be re-shipped to me in Utah.

Over the past weekend, my Amazon email address was changed without my authorization to a domain ending in [redacted].com. Despite changing it back to my email and password, it was changed again to a different address in the same domain. I am unsure of what steps to take next, as I rely on this email for various purposes. After an unsuccessful attempt to escalate the issue with customer service this morning, I felt compelled to cancel my account due to feeling vulnerable. This was a difficult decision as I have a positive opinion of Amazon.com.

The deal was 60% off any 4 items with free shipping. I'm concerned about the status of my order and its delivery. My fiancé placed an order on Amazon Prime where he ordered a 2-piece ostrich hobo shoulder bag with a big snap hook and a wallet for $35. Additionally, he ordered a World Wide Specials LLC Gallery Studio-69 piece art set for $28.95, a Barbie Dreamtopia Fairytale Dress Up Doll for $23.50, and a Sparkling Balsam candle for $23. However, we can't find any order confirmation in his emails or statements. We are unsure if the order went through, if he accidentally didn't complete the order, or if the payment was declined. We faced some recent issues with our bank cards being declined sporadically. To ensure we receive the gifts before Christmas, we placed the order again. We are seeking clarification on the status of the initial order.

Order ID [redacted]-[redacted]: I recently ordered the Kaanapali Beach Maui Hawaii Swim Shorts Beach Trunks for Men in Large size. I received an email from the seller stating that the package will not be arriving today as scheduled, even though it was marked as shipped. This lack of communication is disappointing, especially considering the high shipping fees I paid. I expected better service and would appreciate more information on why this issue was not addressed earlier. I believe this lack of transparency reflects poorly on your company and the vendor should be reevaluated. As a loyal customer, I feel let down by this sudden notification. I made a purchase on Amazon on November 26, [redacted], with Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. After contacting the seller, US ONE STOP DEALS at [redacted], I was informed that they did not receive the order from Amazon and it showed as unpaid in their system. I reached out to Amazon customer service at [redacted], requesting them to verify the payment to the vendor so the order could be shipped in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, both the customer service representative and the supervisor (Jason) refused to assist. Despite my request to speak with the manager, Jason declined and abruptly ended the call.

On December 15th, I purchased a Project-RM 5.1 SE turntable with Sumiko 2 cartridge from OLX STORE on Amazon Market Place. Amazon requested me to buy a US $ Gift Card to proceed with the order. After following the instructions, I sent the gift card to Amazon, but I have not received any tracking information for the delivery to Miami within 24 hours. Despite multiple emails to Amazon, I have not received a response. When I contacted OLX STORE, they also asked for another gift card and did not provide a telephone number. I am concerned about the US $[redacted].00 spent on this transaction and unsure of what to do next.

Hello, I recently discovered that my family has been inadvertently paying for two Amazon accounts since approximately May [redacted]. We are a single-family household and should only have one account. I suspect this additional account was created unintentionally when I subscribed to an Amazon Prime Home and Garden TV channel. Instead of using our existing account, a new one seems to have been set up when I subscribed to the channel for approximately $5 per month under the name Kassandra Bursch. I was under the impression I was just providing my information to subscribe to the channel. I would like to cancel this subscription and request a refund for the $17 fee that has been deducted from my account monthly since spring [redacted]. Thank you for your help with this.

My son has recently ordered several items that need to be returned. We were informed that we need to take them to a UPS store to do so, as they require the QR code to be scanned at the store. Living in a small desert town means the nearest UPS store is a four-hour round trip away, and I am disabled and driving will cause me physical distress. I am exploring other options to return the packages due to these challenges. Thank you.
