I have been dealing with an issue with my account for almost a week. On Tuesday ********, I asked for my BUSINESS account under *****@***.com to be closed, but they also CLOSED MY PERSONAL account *****@***.com, phone **********, member since ****. I have called in, emailed, etc. Have been told my *****@***.com, phone **********, member since **** account will be reopened and that it was being worked on and on Friday ********, I was told that it would only be another **-** hours. I am super frustrated at this time because I still haven't heard back about my account being reactivated and it won't allow me to create a new account, which even if I open a new account, I will have to resubscribe to everything, reactivate all of my devices, etc and I have lost all of my device information, ordering information, etc which is all crazy, this was NOT my fault. Something that was supposed to be simple got all screwed up and I'm not being helped what so ever, like Amazon doesn't even care. I had Prime, unlimited music, * fire sticks, an Echo & an Echo Dot, all of which I haven't been able to use all week and I had Christmas shopping I planned to do, etc. SO PLEASE TELL ME, WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR ME??? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
