I want to return * orders I placed. They have agreed to let me return them, however, I can't get the return information to come up on my computer. It begins then says something like the page is unavailable to me. A number of your reps have tried to help me but I can't get the information to come up to print. I requested the shipping orders to be sent to me but I have never received them. The items are for Butterflycraze Floor Sleeping Bags*Pillows. They do not appear on my account page. The reps had to find them by using my phone number which ***-***-****. No one has been able to tell me why they are on a different account*page. They used to be on my account page. I need to have the return shipping information sent to me at my billing and shipping address on my account since I cannot pull up the info. I know there is a charge which may be billed to my account. There are * different orders. One for * floor pillow and one of * floor pillows. If you have any questions you may call me or text me. I feel that I should have returned the orders much earlier but they because of being unable to get the return orders. I would like it if you could inform the merchant and let them know the situation and I will send the orders back as soon as possible. Please let me know if you are able to send the information to me.
