I never asked to receive Amazon prime service's to my knowledge anyway but yet recently I found several Amazon prime **.** Amounts coming off * of my debit cards for the past several months. I don't want amazom prime. Never used it and would love my money back put on each card for the past several months. I've been charged **.** for Amazon prime on Dec. *th.and*November **th& Nov *st.and Sept **th and sept *st and I believe also twice in August **** if I'm not mistaken. I really want these services canceled and my money put back on both of my debit cards immediately. I am a singe disabled grandma on a ssi fixed income. My son Ricky is Autistic and speech disabled plus my grandson jayce is * and he's Autistic as well plus my grandson nilo. Plus my daughter and son in law I'm taking care of. I can not afford these services plus never used these services. My kids plus grandsons who depend on me and me alone for rides to and from Dr appt. Court hearings. Medications food shelter ect. So please have a heart and return my money back as soon as possible because I truly do need to pay for some medications and gas to go take myself and family members to dr appt I do have a city bill still due and absolutely have no xmas Presents for my own children let alone my two grandsons who I'm currently raising as well. I'm shocked that these payments have been coming out as long as they have without me noticing. I'm positive if you have a way to check your systems too. You'll see that I haven't used your services nor did I even understand what you're services were. Until very very recently. I've been trying to contact someone at Amazon prime and my direct express card and my bluebird American express card this last week to get my money returned and charges stopped. I truly need my money back especially now more than ever being xmas and holiday seasons. I talked to my direct express card customer services and they told me it could possibly take up to ** to ** days to get all these transactions reversed. I don't have that long before Xmas.
