I ordered a Jacket from JILANLANPTT **-**-**. The Jacket that I chose looked Beige in their ad. I chose it in Size (*-*)**. When I received it, the color was Apricot and I called my Niece and She would like in in White. I contacted the Seller and they sent me a return label to ship it back for a refund.*it was sent to the address below.**Sunset Hardware Store***** *TH Ave.*Brooklyn, NY *****-******I decided to just exchange it for another color WHITE, so I wrote a note out and taped it to the clear package the coat comes in, and put it in the Amazon bag! It went to the Post office on **-**-** and mailed it off. I was charged $*.** for shipping it back. I've never received an exchanged coat or a refund back. I used a $**.** gift incentive from Amazon for opening a Credit account and a $**.** Amazon online gift card for this purchase. I have never received a coat back, and I received an email from JILANLANPTT last night stating that they checked their records, and stated that they have refunded me, and that I can replace a new one if I liked. I would appreciate it if you can check to see if my refund was taken off my Amazon account since I used online gift cards. I have not seen anything sent to me regarding a refund. Please help Mer find out whats going on.
