My bank account has a hold on it in the amount of $***.**, which I don't know why as I cancelled items as well as I have received items from you already. Therefore leaving me in good standing with Amazon. To my surprise it was advised that the hold does not expire until January *th which is ridiculous since I don't have anything pending with Amazon. Please review my account and send an email to me so that I can have my bank release the hold.
GetHuman-s_dhuyle did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
