I started an Amazon prime account and prime video in order to activate twitch prime. These were all on free trials. When trying to activate twitch prime it would fail to go through. I would then cancel Amazon prime multiple times and reinable it in order for twitch prime to work but it failed. I then find the next day that I have been charged multiple times exceeding $*** without my authorisation by Amazon on the *:**:****. International fees were also charged. Since these were all free trials I do not know why I have been charged. Due to the unauthorised amounts that your merchant deducted from my account a few of my debit orders had failed. Furthermore the bank had to block my account and I now have to get a new card and cannot access my bank account for the next * to ** days. This is completely unacceptable and it's a huge financial impediment for me. Could you please urgently assist with this issue.
