I've noticed that *,** have been taken from my bank account for "Amazon Video", even though I'm not an Amazon Prime Video member (even if I go to the website it says so) and I don't even have an established payment method. I've checked and the money were being taken for several months.*"Cancel membership" button is not clickable (again because according to the website I am NOT a Prime member). *How is this possible and how do I stop them from taking money from me?*Customer support page is also not working.*It there a possibility to get a refund?
