I ordered an Martisan Iron last week. The iron had been used and was sent back because it was defective. I received an replacement the nexrt day! It too had been used and sent back. Both of them had water in them the second one was waaayy worse. I ordered another iron a Deik. I received it today. I could tell from the packaging that it was not BRAND NEW item. The seal on the box had improper placement. The box lid was bowed. I opened the box and was looking it over. I didn't see any water, but I DID SEE FABRIC STUCK TO THE SOLEPLATE. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED. WHY are used irons sent out as BRAND NEW? I love your company but I wonder what will it take FOR ME TO GET A BRAND NEW IRON (no water in it, no fabric stuck to it, the box brand new? I DON'T LIKE SHOPPING LOCALLY, BUT I MIGHT HAVE TO FOR A BRAND NEW IRON. I'm REALLY looking forward to receiving a BRAND NEW DEIK IRON.
