I Get my black Friday orders filled and delivered with the free delivery which was offered on the week of black Friday and for it to be discounted like it said **% off any * items and the two phones and two Sephia cards I ordered filled that requirement,so where are my two phones and two Sephia cards,you should have all of the information as to the type of phones I ordered and other information... ... Still waiting for my Amazon prime *** dollars on my account used for the purchase of two phones and Sephia cards that was placed during the free shipping on good Friday free shipping of orders!I have constantly been writing to you,Amazon Prime,about this issue to no resolve! I have been on top of this since I placed said order and used my ***$ Amazon prime credit I had on my Amazon prime account for over a year now!And I am still waiting on my products,items to be delivered yes for free because of your free Friday shipping day after thanksgiving orders shipped for free!And want my daughter to have a good Christmas when she opens her gift and sees she has gotten a phone,but don't believe that this will happen for you have not filled my order,so where are my two phones and Sephia cards,it has been quite some time waiting for this order!
Yes,they can make this right my getting my two phones and two Sephia cards shipped out to me with the free shipping,on black friday!I should have gotten on the day I ordered these items when they offered free shipping on four times! Not long a little over a year for that was when I opened up my account on Prime and had put The ***$ on it and never touched it until this past month trying to order my two phones and two Sephia cards!And I believe that I have been a good customer leaving that $*** sitting on my account well over a year
Yes I have repeatedly been trying to get in touch with a living human being about this issue and problem for I believe that this issue would have been rectified already instead of getting the shaft,yes getting the run around!And yet you are saying that this issue is fixed yet I have not received my order,merchandise,or any paper work summing up my issues and receipt for my four items!So when am I going to receive my merchandise!I just would like my merchandise delivered before I contact the attorney general about this issue,For I have no problem contacting the attorney general for I have used them before when someone else tried to ***** me!Still waiting been trying to reach Amazon repeatedly to no success!You say that this issue or problem has been fixed on December **nd yet I have not received any of my products I have ordered for my daughter's Christmas present and was very upset that I had no phone to give her!

I have not yet gotten my order fixed,corrected,addressed,just alot of B.S.run around! Still waiting for my merchandise to be delivered in time for Christmas,which probably won't happen!They should have sent me my two phones I placed an order for and my two **$ Sephia cards! And it was placed on black Friday week when Amazon had free delivery of four items and two phones and two Sephia cards should have covered the free shipping! Don't know if I will ever have my two phones and cards delivered here in time for Christmas if at all,and I have had this money sitting on Amazon prime for over a year now and I decided to use it to no prevail,yes I have yet to receive my order! Amazon prime is alot of hipe and ********,I just want my merchandise delivered here to my resident as fast and quickly as they can,which I have seen first hand is like a month or longer by my experience !
