This is regarding the freeshipping alternatives in your delivery section. A unwary Amazon customer, like me, who lives in Canada, is easily tricked by the freeshipping alternative options in your delivery section into thinking it is a free delivery offered by Amazon to increase christmas shopping on their website. On selecting this choice, I discovered to my dismay monthly charges to my credit card from Freeshipping. I feel tricked into a membership that I do not want and that when you offer freeshipping alternatives in your delivery section, there should be a device First and Foremost that takes me straight to their membership website and the monthly charges.* As I only shop very little on internet, I would not benefit from this membership at all. I am certain that many unsuspecting customers outside of U.S.A. have been tricked into this membership when it would have been better for them to select prime Amazon alternative on the long run for their shopping, simply because they thought freeshipping was Amazon's temporary free delivery christmas promotion.*When I contacted Freeshipping on their toll-free number, a lady called Ali located my membership easily and we agreed on the details of my address and email and she agreed to cancel it on Nov **rd(the day I called). Yet when I emailed Freeshipping, for an emailed confirmation they took their time in replying and only * days ago, I received a reply requesting my zip code and a alternative email address. They certainly seem to be stalling. I think you should be more responsible with Freeshipping misrepresentation in your delivery section.
GetHuman-siamkoon did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
