Hello,*On Dec. *, I placed an order, and was automatically or accidentally "given" a free trial of Amazon Prime. (****-**************) I did NOT ask for this, and do not want it. I just received a package in a "Prime" envelope, and am trying to order something else, which is being designated as "Prime". I tried to take Prime off of my account on Dec. *, but apparently have not succeeded. I do not want Prime as a free trial , so could you please remedy this problem? Thank you! L. Wallace Jones
