Hello, I am an Amazon customer who placed an order with Amazon Spain on 11 November [redacted] Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]. I have been attempting to communicate with Amazon.es, but due to language barriers, I am directed to contact sellers, delivery services, Customer Support, or the Logistics Department, creating a frustrating cycle. I urgently require assistance in English regarding an undelivered order from Amazon Spain. Can anyone offer guidance or support with this issue? Thank you for any help you can provide. I am disappointed with the switch to USPS for deliveries. Previously, UPS and FedEx were used, offering better service. My recent experience with USPS has been frustrating. Packages are often shoved into the mailbox, requiring me to damage the box to remove them. Deliveries have gotten lost, misdelivered, or carelessly tossed on the doorstep without regard for fragile items. Many at a recent dinner party, spanning different states, shared similarly negative experiences with USPS deliveries of Amazon packages. The consensus was unanimous – we have all encountered subpar service since the switch to USPS. Please consider reverting to UPS and FedEx for better delivery service.

I recently returned a 26mm brush cutter tiller attachment to Kiston Agrimart in Delhi on 22/11/[redacted]. The attachment I received was not suitable for my 28mm brush cutter rod, so I returned it. I am now requesting that the 26mm attachment be replaced with a 28mm one or a refund be issued. The courier status indicates that the item has not been accepted by the seller. I have already contacted the seller who advised me to reach out to customer care since the item was purchased through Amazon online. I am hopeful for a prompt and favorable resolution. I am looking forward to receiving the correct 28mm tiller attachment from Amazon.

After recently updating my address on Amazon Prime due to moving into a new place, I accidentally purchased a baby doll using the "buy now with one click" feature. Despite wanting a baby doll, this specific purchase was a mistake. I was surprised to receive a notification that the order was on its way. Although the delivery was scheduled for Sunday, December 2nd, I did not receive the package even though I was home. When I checked the order status on Monday, December 3rd, it showed as delivered. Upon reviewing my profile, I realized that the address change did not save, leading the package to be sent to my landlord's address. Despite attempts to retrieve the package without success, no one answered the door. I find myself in a frustrating situation as I am now $60 out of pocket. I am disappointed and seek clarification on why my updated address did not save on my account.

I had a frustrating experience with the Amazon Affiliate program in China. Despite multiple attempts to apply, I was consistently rejected without explanation. Contacting their representatives proved to be impossible as I couldn't reach anyone and even faced issues sending emails through the system. However, reaching out to the North American affiliate program was a different story. The representative there was helpful, reviewing my application in English and finding it satisfactory. The discrepancy between the two responses has left me puzzled. I've put a lot of effort into developing software for both the Chinese and North American markets, hoping to benefit both Amazon and myself. Unfortunately, progress has halted due to this unresolved approval issue with Amazon China. I'm seeking assistance to address this challenge. Thank you.

Hello! I'm Kandice Piper. I received a package on Saturday, December 1st, delivered by a young man in an Enterprise van. When I saw him from my kitchen window, he scanned and carelessly threw my package onto my doorstep. He was around 7 feet tall, with dark brown hair and a beard. This behavior is unacceptable, as the package could have been fragile or damaged. Delivery drivers should be more respectful and professional. I hope that your employees can exhibit better manners and work ethics. My husband and I frequently make purchases on Amazon. If you need more details from me about the situation, please let me know.

My name is Dan Phillips, and I have been an Amazon customer for over 20 years with accounts in the US and Canada. I have been a Prime member since it became available in Canada. Last week, I placed an order (ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted]) and chose to have it shipped to me on Friday, November 30th. Due to the Canada Post strike and the holiday season, a third-party carrier called Intelcom Express has been unable to deliver my package for three days. Although my office receives all packages, Intelcom has tried to deliver after business hours, causing delays. Despite speaking with customer service representatives, the issue remains unresolved, with delivery attempts recorded inaccurately. I have attached screenshots for reference. I ordered "Unlocking the Secrets of Your Childhood Memories" for my son, R.H. from Richland, WA. I was expecting it on 11/28, but it hasn't arrived yet. Additionally, I accidentally ordered another copy from a third party, Gracebooks in GA, thinking it was a workbook. They sent it in early December as mentioned in their reply email. I am still waiting for my VISA bill to confirm the charges for these books. Before placing another order for two books for R.H., I would like a credit for the book that was supposed to be delivered the Friday after Thanksgiving.

The representative advised me to purchase a Step Down Transformer to use the item, however, I would like to clarify that products bought in India through your service are typically designed to function with the standard [redacted] Volts available locally. As such, I believe the Rowenta Iron, which is made in Germany, should already be compatible with the Voltage in India without the need for an additional transformer. I kindly request confirmation that the item I ordered can indeed be used with the [redacted] Volts Voltage in India without requiring any extra equipment. Hello, My name is Mauro Scuderi, and I want to share how I had a bad experience with Amazon.de. I live in Munich, Germany, with a flatmate. Since I started ordering from Amazon.de, I always added my name and c/o my flatmate's name to ensure the parcel is collected if I'm not home. Recently, a neighbor signed for my order, but on November 29th, I ordered a Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s for €[redacted].99 sold by Amazon Logistics. The tracking ID is A1S[redacted]33, and the order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. On December 1st, the delivery status changed to "The Parcel was handed to resident," even though neither I nor my flatmate received it. After contacting Amazon, one agent said the item was on its way, but another said it was delivered to a resident or neighbor. I wanted to address the issue with the free shipping alternatives in your delivery section. As a cautious Amazon customer in Canada, I was misled by these options, thinking it was a Christmas promotion from Amazon. However, I ended up with unwanted monthly charges from Freeshipping on my credit card. It would be helpful if there was a clear link leading to Freeshipping's membership website and the associated charges. Given my infrequent online shopping habits, this membership does not benefit me. I believe many international customers like me have unknowingly signed up for this membership thinking it was tied to Amazon's temporary offer. Upon contacting Freeshipping, Ali efficiently located my membership, and we agreed to cancel it on Nov 23rd, the same day I called. However, their slow response to my email for confirmation raised concerns. Even after two days, I received a reply asking for my zip code and an alternate email address, which felt like a delay tactic. It's crucial to address the misrepresentation of Freeshipping in your delivery section and ensure clarity for customers like me.

Regarding Order # [redacted]-[redacted], I anticipated receiving the package today but was informed by USPS that they were unable to access the building. It is frustrating because it is a business location where I have been present all day. Today, coincidentally, another package from the same sender was delivered successfully. I am disappointed as this is my second attempt to acquire this item. The initial purchase resulted in a defective product. I now feel upset due to what I perceive as misinformation from the post office. I request for the item to be expedited to me. Frustration has mounted, and my patience is wearing thin. I am seeking information about my recent order. I placed it this past Sunday, and the tracking details have been quite puzzling. Two of my packages were stolen, but thankfully one of my neighbors found the empty box and returned it to me. The other package supposedly got "handed off" to me today, but I was not home to receive it, and I don't have it. The missing items from today's package are: - Carson Dellosa Penguins Shape Stickers ([redacted]) by Carson-Dellosa Publishing, sold by Amazon.com Services, Inc for $4.89. - [redacted] OUTER SPACE & Planet Stickers by JUST4FUN, sold for $10.95. I have already reordered the missing items and had them delivered to my school, where I need them.
