I received an email from a company claiming to be Amazon, offering me a $[redacted] Amazon gift card for taking a survey and selecting 2 items of interest. I went ahead with it because the reviews seemed positive and it looked legitimate. However, I never received a confirmation number and didn't get any follow-up information via email. I have saved their email address in my spam folder just in case Amazon needs it to address potential fraud using their name. It's disappointing because a gift card would have been helpful for Christmas with my 8 grandkids, especially since I am on disability now. The final details for Order #[redacted]­[redacted]­[redacted] were sent to my Post Office address, and I successfully received Item 1, the Ring Wi­Fi Enabled Video Doorbell. However, Item 2 is being processed for a refund, which I did not request. Since I am currently in another state, I kindly request to have the two 'all new Echo Show Gen 2 devices shipped to the Lorado shipping address listed in my Amazon Shipping Addresses. Thank you.

I've invested over $[redacted] in items on my daughter's baby registry, aiming for the Diaper Deal, but it's showing she still needs almost $[redacted] to reach it. Most of my purchases were meant to contribute to that goal. I made orders totaling $1,[redacted].87 between August 27 through November 28. I really want to get the diapers as part of the deal since I've put a lot of money into reaching this milestone. I made an order on Nov 21 (Order # [redacted]-[redacted]) with a promised delivery date of Nov 30. After chatting on Dec 1 and being informed of a further 24-48 hour delay, I noticed on Dec 2 through the FEDEX app that the package was still in Chicago since Nov 30. Following unhelpful interactions with Sharvai, Alok, Joanna, and Melanie, all suggesting the delay was due to weather conditions, I expressed concern over the potential damage to my order and the need for follow-up. Despite efforts to address the issue, I felt Amazon's customer service lacked genuine care. Melanie offered to send a replacement but advised refusing delivery of one item to prevent double charging, which was not feasible for me. She also stated that in case of damage, a replacement would take about a week to arrive, declining my request for expedited shipping. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I am reconsidering my future use of Amazon.

I have encountered an issue with the product - Lush Decor 16T000102 Lush Décor Leah Room Darkening Window Curtain Panel Pair, measuring 52 x [redacted] inches in Yellow/Gray. I have observed significant price fluctuations in this item over time. On 11-27-18, the price dropped to $16.99 per pair with free shipping. Upon attempting to buy 4 sets, I discovered a shipping charge of $36.50, which was not initially disclosed. Despite contacting the third-party seller on Amazon and Amazon themselves to remedy this discrepancy, I did not receive a resolution. Soon after, the price was raised to $38.99 per pair with "Prime" shipping. The price has remained elevated since, denying me the chance to purchase the curtains at the initially advertised price. This behavior appears to be deceptive, akin to "bait and switch" tactics. I am a loyal Amazon customer and I request that they enforce fair selling practices. I aim to buy 4 sets of curtains as initially advertised at $16.99 per pair with free shipping and have documentation to support my claim.

I am seeking assistance regarding the suspension of my account shortly after registration on 11/25/[redacted]. Despite sending a utility bill and other documents to [redacted], I did not receive a response. Following a call three days later, I was instructed to submit a national passport, which I have now done. However, Amazon's recent communication stated that I am not permitted to sell on Amazon.com. The message instructed me to fulfill any open orders and assured that funds would be released after deducting expenses like A-to-z claims or chargebacks within approximately 90 days. While my products have not been listed yet, I am perplexed as to what was incorrect in my provided documents, as I believe I have not breached any of Amazon's policies.

I recently completed the ordering process only to find out at the very end that the items cannot be shipped to Australia. I encountered issues with logging in and had to reset my password twice along with problems with the phone number input. It's frustrating to go through all of that only to be unable to receive the items I need. It would be beneficial if the website could specify shipping restrictions upfront to avoid wasted time. Additionally, the requirement to create an account for purchases seems unnecessary. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the customer experience.

I am experiencing an issue with my Subscribe and Save orders. Several items I was expecting did not arrive, and when I checked my order history, I saw that the subscriptions were unexpectedly cancelled without my consent. Additionally, I won't be able to benefit from the subscription discount due to needing these products promptly. About a month ago, there was an issue with my credit card, and my account got locked. I tried contacting customer service multiple times but received no response. After reaching out to my credit card company, they mentioned there were no attempts from your end to contact them as it would be documented in the system. I then received an email requesting my credit card information to be faxed. I followed the instructions and faxed the details multiple times, incurring $30 in travel and fax fees. Despite this, I did not receive any acknowledgment. After numerous failed attempts of following up by phone, being promised callbacks within 24 hours that never happened, I resent the information via fax with no response. Feeling frustrated by the lack of resolution, I have resorted to ordering from another website. I understand mistakes happen, but these repeated issues are causing undue stress. I urge you to address this promptly and efficiently. Your attention to this matter today would be greatly appreciated.

I have contacted customer care seven times regarding this issue but have not received a response. Recently, I purchased the book "Entropy" by Robert Raker on Amazon Prime. After writing a positive, clean, and honest review, it was verified and then removed. I attempted to write a second review, but I received a notice stating that I have been blocked from posting reviews due to violating community standards, which is perplexing to me as the review was in no way controversial. I attempted to chat with Amazon regarding a reward I was meant to receive, but was informed they cannot honor it. I want to escalate this issue as I strongly disagree. Last week, after signing up for Prime, I received an email stating I would get a $15 reward for downloading the Amazon app and signing in. I completed the steps outlined, including downloading the app, signing in, and receiving confirmation of the reward. However, the $15 credit is not visible during checkout and is not in my account. Despite Amazon chat attributing this to my previous Prime membership status, I am unaware of when that occurred. I recently merged two accounts, which might be relevant, but the promotion's terms & agreements do not specify "for first-time Prime users only." Consequently, as I have followed all requirements and received confirmation of the reward via email, I anticipate Amazon rectifying this by crediting my account with $15. I currently have items in my cart that I am holding off on purchasing until this matter is resolved. Sending a reward email, prompting a customer to fulfill the criteria, and then withholding the reward based on unspecified terms is unjustifiable. Kindly address this matter promptly.

I recently received an email from Amazon regarding an order verification. They mentioned trying to call me but I did not receive any missed call. I recently received an email stating that my payment information needed to be verified, resulting in my account being locked. I have been consistently shopping on Amazon for years and have been a loyal Prime member enjoying their reliable shipping benefits. Recently, I've noticed a decline in the delivery service as my last few orders have experienced delays. As a Prime member, I expect the guaranteed free 2-day shipping. I have recommended Amazon to many based on the excellent service but am now disappointed. Will there be refunds for late deliveries and a return to reliable service? I recently ordered a keyfob for my Nissan Sentra and opted for a one-month free trial of Prime Video for quicker shipping. While I received my order promptly, I'm now unsure how to access Prime Video on my Comcast account. I was interested in watching "Jack Ryan," but without being able to find the channel, it defeats the purpose of keeping the subscription. If I can't locate Prime Video on my account, I may need to cancel my subscription.
