Last month I placed an order and found out the hard way it was being delivered by Amazon Flex. They promised it for three days, bypassed my house twice, actually stopped at my door once but could not find my package. By the third day when they said I was next per GPS I went to the street and flagged them down. I never want to have to have anything to do with the local Amazon Flex again. I saw them get lost on our street again yesterday. Can I opt out of this no-service and go back to getting my packages UPS, USPS or FedEx? I
