Order ****-*******-******* - I returned * items, (bark collars) and received refund for only *. Now I am receiving email saying I did not return one of the collars which is not true. I have the refund comfirmation for * collars where I should have been refunded $**.** and was only refunded for one. I have never had a problem with returning to Amazon. The return document was enclosed with the * collars. It appears someone may have snagged a collar for themselves. Need help as I can not afford to be charged for something I do not have.
GetHuman-barbstar did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
