I've placed an order (Order ****-*******-*******) but it isn't showing up on my recent orders even though it has been delivered. I wanted to return the item as I no longer need it but it hasn't been opened. I've had an online chat with someone from Amazon and they sent me a link with the returns label but it followed with "This Amazon account is not associated with the return label or authorisation you are trying to access." I didn't realise I have two accounts under the same email address and I'm not sure what to do next.
GetHuman-anisha_p did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
