Product is case for ThermoPro wireless thermometer. I had ordered both a ThermoPro T** and this case last June. For Christmas, I just clicked on the two products from previous order and "buy again". Unfortunately, the ThermoPro T** changed design from bent probes to straight, and no longer fit the same case I previously ordered. Want to return the two cases I just ordered and purchase different model meant for new design of the T**. Order * is ***-*******-*******

I used Amazon app to have them call me instead. Your site stayed in “dialing Amazon” status for over ** minutes, so I cancelled. With Amazon app entry, the callback was in less than two minutes. I wonder if Amazon is now blocking your auto-dial of their customer service line
