I order a watch from NOVAHORA - Amazon Marketplace over a month ago. The item has not arrived, I’ve been emailing back and fourth with the seller but they just keep saying the same thing. They said they pasted it onto the delivery company and that they tried to delivery but when I checked the delivery tracking number the item is still in Spain, I live in Ireland. Also no ‘could not deliver’ receipt was left and they have not provided proof of emails from seller to delivery company stating the attempted delivery. I would like my money refunded and any help you can provide in resolving this issue.
