Ordered blu ray for $*.** on nov * ****, Amazon order number: ***-*******-******* *When ordered it did it says it was out of stock but you will send it once you restock. I check on site about week later and it showed on your site you restock but price was changed to higher price. Either way i waited and its now been almost a month and amazon still hasnt send me it and it shows on your site its still restock. Tried customer service but only thing available was a return thing, which was the wrong one because it saying i have to return it to get a refund but i havent received it at all. On my track package it says * ''Your package may be lost*Packages are rarely this late and we're sorry yours still hasn't arrived*You can wait another couple days or check out these options.''*Its been a month and the options was just a return policy which was not what i wanted. Right now i just want my refund. It say i was charged $*.** on my bank account. I want a refund.
