I purchased the wrong ORBI satellite (SRS **) to sync with my ORBI router (RBK **). I should have purchased the RBS ** satellite.*Due to our relocation I did not have a chance to attempt syncing until today, which is more than ** days since I bought the SRS **. I had no information that the SRS ** was not compatible with my RBK ** router. I'd like to exchange the SRS ** model for the RBS ** model. Can I do this?
