The Shipping Cart which was supposed to send my items from the US to the Philippines is requiring me to talk the seller so that the seller will provide the request for the soft copy of the prepaid shipping label as it needs a return tracking number for their team to process the return and send my item back to the merchant. When I sent a message to the seller he*she told me that Amazon will provide the shipping label ( which by the I already sent Shipping Cart). I am at a lost on what to do now. This is for order *ORDER * ***-*******-*******
