Good Evening,**I've contacted Amazon Customer Service over the phone two evenings now. In order to inquire about a refund on orders that never arrived. While my first few discussions were helpful and courteous one was not. One of your assistance by the name of Christine who refused to give her surname even in the email she sent after the discussion over the phone told me that I could not get a refund on my order. She stated that I would need to file a police report in order to get one. When I told her that I had been told to do this before and the police officers in my area just laughed at my attempt and said that they don't deal with missing packages and to handle the issue with my landlord she heavily implied that wasn't her or Amazons problem. When I went into details about how this system was unfair and how it felt as if Amazon was attempting to swindle me out of money for packages that had not arrived and stated if this was the way they were going to act towards loyal customers then I would be shopping elsewhere from now on. She responded with and I quote "That's your decision to make" at least it was something along those lines. It's not the words she said but the tone she said them in which was completely disrespectful and demeaning. It felt as if she was verifying my previous statements that this was, in fact, a con on Amazons’ part to keep money from customers even if their packages never arrived at their homes. She was completely unhelpful and through her tone remained antagonizing and disrespectful throughout most of the conversation. If this is how Amazon wishes to be reflected than that is fine however this is not how I as a customer wish to be treated. I hope we can come to a better conclusion on this matter the order I reported is Order* ***-*******-*******. **Sincerely, *Jaleesa M. Basemore
