I've received * or * emails stating my Britbox and Acorn channels were being cancelled-that I had contacted them and had requested that.I had not. I never called anyone. What I did was just renewed Acorn two days ago for $*.**. My question is Who takes the money out of my CC? Is it Britbox, Acorn or Amazon. Acorn says it is Amazon. If so, can't you simply continue the subscription and pay the monthly fee until or unless we do cancel? We love Acorn and Britbox and watch it every night. We don't want to lose them.*Dr. J.
