I have had the amazon prime membership once when was December ****, but I didn't know the membership would automatically renew every month. therefore the membership fee has been taken out of my bank account until November ****, for almost a year. I realized that the bill has been paid since December **** by now. So I canceled the membership a couple of days ago. Fortunately I got a refund for membership fee issued in November **** . My question is how I can get a full refund the money of membership fee that has been charged : almost over $*** during the time I have not used any benefits from January **** to November ****. *I would appreciate if you could answer my question.
