I am making a formal complaint**On November **, ****, I was seduced into purchasing a Surface Book * Laptop, with the promotional payment ads of zero interest if paid within ** months by Amazon.com Store Card. I chose that option at check out because I am a student who can't afford a full payment at the time. Then today I checked my account so I can plan for payment and guess what I had found out. The charge went to a different card than the one I instructed Amazon to charge.**Is this a scam of forcing me into buying a big ticket item that I can't afford at the present? I don't want to pay for interest and now I am stuck with it. This is not an Amazon I used to know. How can I shop big ticket items on Amazon with confidence any more?. Two Amazon reps gave me two different of version why a different card was used (the one ending in ****, and not the one ending in **** as I instructed). **The reps both recommended me to return the laptop and re-order again, but what they don't seem to understand is I already invested so much in the laptop, bought program and installed them. The time and the effort of reloading everything looks terrifying to me in both time and money wise. It is easier on Amazon's side if they chose to genuinely help me, is just to take away the old charge on the wrong card **** and place it, the new charge, on the correct card ****. It probably takes a few minutes at most. But no, Amazon said it can't.**The issue is not even handled a supervisory level. My complaint is just stopped short of it. I am very disappointed that Amazon once a trusted place, now is decaying into this?**I don't know what this email may bring to me, and I may not expect or hope much. But at least I can speak my mind, and let someone at higher level know of how deteriorating the customer service is at the current level.**These are the phone numbers I talked to with reps*(***) ***-****
