ORDER * ***-*******-******* *I originally wrote this on Sunday ********** and sent an email to csi.amazon@com and have not received a response, so am sending in this format today **********. * *Today we noticed that a package that was suppose to deliver tomorrow was being *delivered today, so my granddaughter stayed home waiting for the package. First *said it would be delivered by * PM CST, when it was NOT delivered by then I *contacted the automated chat, that said the same thing, then went to check again *and the time was updated for delivery to **pm CST on my order page, then at ****pm PST (***pm CST) I accessed the map tracker which I have attached a screen *shot from my phone and it said there were ** stops ahead of this delivery. So I *waited and then contacted Amazon again and a very nice associate named Kelly *returned my call and after review, said that Amazon rules do NOT allow *deliveries after **pm, so the package had been returned to the station and will *be delivered tomorrow, with her explanation I was not happy, but somewhat *accepted it and appreciated being told the TRUTH, not a LIE. Then I opened my *email and found the below note, which is a LIE!! And then got the second message *below on my order page for tracking, again a LIE!! Your company in NO WAY tried *to deliver it to my granddaughter's house, the delivery person was on the other *side of San Antonio according to YOUR tracking map, also you leave packages *everyday unattended when you deliver during the day and in San Antonio the *deliveries of my orders have been left on the street side of the fence, thrown under cars, left on top of the mailbox which is on the street, so that reason in no way *holds any truth. Not sure if you think your customers are stupid or just don't *care. I have been a very loyal customer for over ** years and to be lied to is *not acceptable, not only once but twice!! Please advise on WHY Amazon feels *they need to LIE to their customers versus being up front? Losing trust in a *company I do business with is sad. Looking forward to your response. Regards, *N Bridewell * *Email from Amazon *Hi NBRIDEWELL, *Sorry we missed you. We tried to deliver your package today but didn't want to *leave it unattended. *We will try again. If you have delivery instructions, please tell us where to *leave your package. *Track your package * ************************************** * *Statement on my Amazon account order page: *We will try again *We tried to deliver your package. *Unfortunately we couldn’t find a secure location to leave your package *unattended. We will try again. *Please tell us where to leave your package if you have a preferred location. *Was expected tomorrow
