I recently ordered a new Kindle and traded in my old one. As I did not want to be without a kindle I purchased the new one at the same time as I organised on the store to trade in the old one. So the $** discount would be applied to the new purchase. But now I have an e mail saying the $** has just been credited to my account and can only be used if I purchase a new kindle. Can I either have the $** applied to the Kindle I have purcahsed at the same time I got trade in authorisation on the web or just have a credit. I have done the trade in and I have a new Kindle but apparently not the in right order so I have complied with the spirit of the offer, but to have traded in & waited for you to process and give me the $** before purchasing would have meant being without a Kindle for about ** days
