I ordered a phone Saturday for delivery Sunday as a Prime member. Supposedly the phone was out for delivery, but the driver's shift ended and it was rescheduled for:* Monday by * a.m.* Monday by * p.m.* Tuesday by * p.m.* Tuesday--maybe ( it doesn't seem to be rescheduled)* Tuesday --"But you might want to reorder because we have no control over Logistics " Chris, Logistics Supervisor * Wednesday-- starting the cycle over.**They originally offered $* for my inconvenience. The same $* I rejected because I wanted the phone on Sunday.**The phone is available with * hour delivery locally, but not with the terms I ordered it originally and those cannot be transferred from Prime Now. **I guess they believe that exceptions cause more problems than they solve and if you don't like it, shop somewhere else. ** Right now the Amazon website shows tomorrow delivery which in all likelihood would not happen. They try to convince Prime Customers they have something special, but they get the same substandard treatment as everyone else.

GetHuman-m_a_jeff did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
