Good evening**Once again I am having to complain about one of your couriers. Again two parcels ordered by my son Mark Hudson were delivered this afternoon to my elderly next door neighbour’s house. They were left outside of her house in the pouring rain and are soaking wet.**This is not good enough. Thank you for taking the time to contact us and to bring this to our attention.**I understand that again the order was left with your elderly neighbours. I understand why this is upsetting, Arthur. I would have felt the same way if this had to happen to me. I’m afraid I can’t erase what has already taken place, however here’s what we are going to do to get this resolved.**I've right away escalated this the senior most department of Amazon Logistics and delivery department of Amazon.co.uk. I'm confident that they'll takes strict action against the driver and will make sure that this isn't repeated. I've also requested them to give the driver proper coaching.**This is absolutely not expected from a driver. A driver is responsible for delivering the order to the proper address, he should not have done this. We always trust our drivers but also review the complaints on them but this time the driver has crossed all the limits. This repetitive behaviour is highly unacceptable.**We continually monitor the service provided by our carriers and take complaints of this nature very seriously. Where possible we’ll replace any items lost or damaged during delivery at no extra charge and monitor our carriers very closely.**We realise this incident reflects very bad and negatively upon Amazon.co.uk and the feedback you've provided has been passed on to the relevant team and will be used in reviewing the service provided by Amazon Logistics.**I assure you that I will personally follow up with this issue and I promise you next time when you place an order, the orders will be delivered to a safe place and carefully.**I hope this puts your mind at ease to some extent.
