Don’t want to renew Prime subscription. I have called. I have emailed. I tried to end the subscription online (as I was told I could!!!) and yet still, today, I received an email that on Nov **, my credit card will be automatically billed!!!*What, in the name of all that’s holy, do I need to get through to you people????
